  1  1    Amend House File 2591 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 1 through 3.
  1  3    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 6 through 12 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "In addition to the fee provided for in section
  1  6 483A.1, subsection 1, paragraph "c", an applicant for
  1  7 a hunting license may voluntarily contribute an
  1  8 additional amount of five dollars or more to fund a
  1  9 pheasant and quail restoration program established by
  1 10 the department.  The revenue received from the
  1 11 additional voluntary contribution to the hunting
  1 12 license fee is appropriated to the department and
  1 13 shall be used solely to fund a pheasant and quail
  1 14 restoration program."
  1 15    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
