  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8206, to Senate File 348, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, line 3, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "parents" the following:  "or guardians".
  1  6    #2.  Page 2, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "school" the following:  "on the date of the
  1  8 submission of the application".
  1  9    #3.  Page 2, line 12, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "parents" the following:  "or guardians".
  1 11    #4.  Page 2, line 13, by inserting after the word
  1 12 "parents" the following:  "or guardians".
  1 13    #5.  Page 2, line 16, by inserting after the word
  1 14 "board." the following:  "A parent or guardian voting
  1 15 in accordance with this subsection must be a resident
  1 16 of this state."
  1 17    #6.  Page 7, line 7, by striking the word "legal".
