  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8206, to Senate File 348, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 39, the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "4A.  "Pilot program" means a pilot program created
  1  7 under this chapter that creates a new school within an
  1  8 existing public school or converts an existing public
  1  9 school to charter status in accordance with this
  1 10 chapter."
  1 11    2.  By renumbering as necessary.
