  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8103, to House File 2493 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, lines 4 and 5, by striking the words
  1  4 "a prosecutor employed in the department of justice"
  1  5 and inserting the following:  "a prosecuting attorney
  1  6 as defined in section 13A.1".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, line 5, by inserting before the word
  1  8 "public" the following:  "state".
  1  9    #3.  Page 1, line 6, by striking the words
  1 10 "employed in the state public defender's office" and
  1 11 inserting the following:  "or appointed attorney as
  1 12 defined in section 13B.1".
