  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 5, the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "(4)  Information encouraging abstinence and
  1  5 contraception use for protection from further unwanted
  1  6 pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases,
  1  7 including information regarding the protection failure
  1  8 rates listed by the centers for disease control and
  1  9 prevention of the United States department of health
  1 10 and human services."
