1 6 "Sec. . LEGISLATIVE INTENT. It is the intent
1 7 of the general assembly that funds appropriated for
1 8 purposes of the national board certification pilot
1 9 project established pursuant to section 256.44, which
1 10 remain unencumbered and unobligated at the close of
1 11 the project, shall not revert but shall be reallocated
1 12 to school districts by the department of education to
1 13 be used for purposes of meeting the minimum career
1 14 teacher salary provisions of section 284.7, subsection
1 15 1, paragraph "b"."
1 16 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
