  1  1    Amend Senate File 2018, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 6 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE AND APPLICABILITY
  1  6 PROVISIONS.  This Act, being deemed of immediate
  1  7 importance, takes effect upon enactment and is
  1  8 retroactively applicable to the ninetieth calendar day
  1  9 of the Second Regular Session of the Seventy-ninth
  1 10 General Assembly convening in 2002."
  1 11    #2.  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1 12 word "Assembly" the following:  "and including
  1 13 effective date and retroactive applicability
  1 14 provisions".
  1 15    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
