1 2 #1. Page 9, by inserting after line 15, the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Sec. . DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES – CHILD
1 5 AND FAMILY SERVICES. After applying the reduction
1 6 made pursuant to executive order number 24 to the
1 7 appropriation made for the following designated
1 8 purpose, there is appropriated from the general fund
1 9 of the state to the department of human services for
1 10 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001, and ending
1 11 June 30, 2002, the following amount, or so much
1 12 thereof as is necessary, to supplement the
1 13 appropriation for the designated purpose:
1 14 For child and family services in 2001 Iowa Acts,
1 15 chapter 191, section 14:
1 16 .................................................. $ 4,580,000
1 17 It is the intent of the general assembly that the
1 18 reimbursement rates for rehabilitative treatment and
1 19 support services providers not be reduced below the
1 20 rates established in 2001 Iowa Acts, chapter 191,
1 21 section 31, subsection 8."
