  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-2025, to House File 413 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 1 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 284.4, subsection 2, as enacted
  1  6 by 2001 Iowa Acts, Senate File 476, section 5, is
  1  7 amended to read as follows:
  1  8    2.  By July 1, 2003, each school district shall
  1  9 participate in the student achievement and teacher
  1 10 quality program if the general assembly appropriates
  1 11 moneys for purposes of the student achievement and
  1 12 teacher quality program established pursuant to this
  1 13 chapter."
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
