  1  2    #1.  Page 9, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "state." the following:  "The amount of interest and
  1  4 earnings transferred to the general fund of the state
  1  5 under this section shall be retransferred to the
  1  6 rebuild Iowa infrastructure account from the general
  1  7 fund of the state before the end of the fiscal year
  1  8 beginning July 1, 2006."
