  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 3 through 24, and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "__.  Except as otherwise provided in subsections 4
  1  6 and 5, the English language shall be the language of
  1  7 government in".
  1  8    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
