  1  1    Amend Senate File 165, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 27, by striking the words "or
  1  4 officer of state government" and inserting the
  1  5 following:  ", officer of state government, or officer
  1  6 of a governmental subdivision, including but not
  1  7 limited to a county, city, township, school district,
  1  8 or any other special purpose district".
  1  9    #2.  Page 2, by striking lines 29 and 30, and
  1 10 inserting the following:  "person in a language other
  1 11 than English."
