  1  1    Amend House File 751 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 25 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  15E.44  REPORT.
  1  5    By January 15, 2005, the department of economic
  1  6 development shall submit a written report to the
  1  7 general assembly regarding the economic impact of the
  1  8 investments for which tax credit certificates were
  1  9 issued including, but not limited to, capital
  1 10 investments made, private moneys leveraged, jobs
  1 11 created, and wages and benefits of those jobs.
  1 12    Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  15E.45  REPEAL.
  1 13    Sections 15E.41 through 15E.44 are repealed on
  1 14 December 31, 2005."
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
