  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 10, by inserting after the figure

  1  6    #3.  Page 3, line 1, by striking the words "revenue
  1  7 and finance" and inserting the following:  "economic
  1  8 development".
  1  9    #4.  Page 3, line 16, by inserting after the figure
  1 10 "432" the following:  "or 533".
  1 11    #5.  Page 3, line 20, by inserting after the figure
  1 12 "432" the following:  "or as moneys and credits under
  1 13 chapter 533".
  1 14    #6.  Page 3, line 23, by inserting after the figure
  1 15 "432" the following:  "or from moneys and credits
  1 16 under chapter 533".
  1 17    #7.  Page 3, by inserting after line 23 the
  1 18 following:
  1 19    "4A.  Upon the transfer of all or a portion of an
  1 20 unused tax credit, the transferor shall provide
  1 21 notification to the department of revenue and finance
  1 22 regarding the transfer.  The transferor shall report
  1 23 to the department the name and tax identification
  1 24 number of the transferee and the amount of the tax
  1 25 credit being transferred."
  1 26    #8.  Page 4, by inserting after line 9 the
  1 27 following:
  1 28    "Sec.    .  Section 533.24, Code 2001, is amended
  1 29 by adding the following new unnumbered paragraph:
  1 30    NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH.   The tax imposed on
  1 31 moneys and credits under this section shall be reduced
  1 32 by an investment tax credit authorized pursuant to
  1 33 sections 15E.41 through 15E.43."
  1 34    #9.  By renumbering as necessary.
