  1  2 reprinted by the Senate as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 7 through 14, and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "c.  Any official documents, regulations, orders,
  1  6 transactions, proceedings, programs, meetings,
  1  7 publications, or actions taken or issued necessary for
  1  8 trade, tourism, or commerce.
  1  9    d.  Protection of the public health and safety.
  1 10    e.  Facilitation of activities pertaining to
  1 11 compiling any census of populations.
  1 12    f.  Protection of the rights of victims of crimes
  1 13 or criminal defendants."
