  1  3    #1.  Page 3, line 4, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "board" the following:  ", in consultation with the
  1  5 state department of transportation,".
  1  6    #2.  Page 4, line 1, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "fee" the following:  ", if applicable,".
  1  8    #3.  Page 4, line 10, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "right-of-way" the following:  "for a crossing, other
  1 10 than a crossing along the public roads of the state
  1 11 pursuant to chapter 477,".
  1 12    #4.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
  1 13 internal references as necessary.
