  1  2    #1.  Page 17, by inserting after line 32, the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  Federal access and visitation grant moneys
  1  5 shall be issued directly to private not-for-profit
  1  6 agencies that provide services designed to increase
  1  7 compliance with the child access provisions of court
  1  8 orders, including but not limited to neutral
  1  9 visitation site and mediation services."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
