  1  1    Amend House File 726 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 10, by inserting after line 1 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  In implementing the federal substance abuse
  1  5 and treatment block grant and any applicable
  1  6 provisions of the federal Public Health Service Act,
  1  7 the department shall apply the provisions of Pub. L.
  1  8 No. 106-310, } 3305, relating to services provided by
  1  9 religious and other nongovernmental organizations."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
