  1  1    Amend House File 725 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 9, by inserting after line 1, the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE REMEDIAL FUND.
  1  5 Notwithstanding any provision of state law, there is
  1  6 appropriated from the hazardous substance remedial
  1  7 fund as created in section 455B.423 to the department
  1  8 of natural resources for the fiscal year beginning
  1  9 July 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2002, the following
  1 10 amount, or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used
  1 11 for the purpose designated:
  1 12    For payment of the department's workers'
  1 13 compensation insurance premium:  
  1 14 .................................................. $     73,606"
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
