1 2 #1. Page 2, by inserting after line 21 the
1 3 following:
1 4 " . The tax savings received by the retail
1 5 dealer as a result of the tax credit received under
1 6 this section shall be passed on to the consumer of
1 7 ethanol blended gasoline by means of a reduction in
1 8 the retail price of such gasoline. If the retail
1 9 dealer is a partnership, limited liability company, S
1 10 corporation, estate, or trust electing to have the
1 11 income taxed directly to its partners, members,
1 12 shareholders, or beneficiaries, the retail dealer
1 13 shall pass on the tax savings received by those
1 14 individuals to the consumer of ethanol blended
1 15 gasoline by means of a reduction in the retail price
1 16 of such gasoline."
1 17 #2. Page 3, by inserting after line 21, the
1 18 following:
