  1  2    #1.  Page 46, by inserting after line 34 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "d.  The department shall develop a plan for
  1  5 meeting the national standards for the caseloads of
  1  6 social workers established by the national association
  1  7 of social workers.  The plan shall be submitted to the
  1  8 governor and the general assembly on or before January
  1  9 2, 2002."
