  1  1    Amend House File 718 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Notwithstanding section 8.57, subsection 5,
  1  5 paragraph "c", there is appropriated from the rebuild
  1  6 Iowa infrastructure fund to the department of economic
  1  7 development for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
  1  8 2001, and ending June 30, 2002, the following amount,
  1  9 or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the
  1 10 purpose designated:
  1 11    For the value-added agricultural products and
  1 12 processes financial assistance fund created in section
  1 13 15E.112:  
  1 14 .................................................. $  3,000,000"
