  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 26, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "corporation." the following:  "All projects shall
  1  5 also conform to state and local building codes
  1  6 generally and as specifically applicable to school
  1  7 buildings and facilities, including specifications
  1  8 regarding ensuring that buildings and facilities are
  1  9 accessible to and functional for persons with
  1 10 disabilities."
