  1  1    Amend Senate File 240, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, line 29, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "investors." the following:  "The criteria developed
  1  5 to assist a school district in the selection of
  1  6 private investors from among the proposals submitted
  1  7 shall include the requirement that an open bidding
  1  8 process be utilized, whereby if equally qualified
  1  9 proposals are submitted a preference shall be awarded
  1 10 for private investors utilizing union employees and
  1 11 paying then-prevailing competitive wages."
