  1  1    Amend Senate File 336, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 23 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 272C.3, subsection 1, Code
  1  6 2001, is amended by adding the following new
  1  7 paragraph:
  1  8    NEW PARAGRAPH.  bb.  Develop and establish a code
  1  9 of professional rights and responsibilities,
  1 10 practices, and ethics, which shall, among other
  1 11 things, address the failure of a practitioner to
  1 12 fulfill contractual obligations pertaining to the
  1 13 practitioner's employment."
  1 14    #2.  Title page, lines 1 and 2, by striking the
  1 15 words "the state board of educational examiners" and
  1 16 inserting the following:  "state licensing boards".
  1 17    #3.  Title page, lines 3 and 4, by striking the
  1 18 words "for practitioners".
