  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1450, to Senate File 348, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 3 through 5 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 1, by inserting after line 24 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "   .  "Pilot charter school district" means a
  1  9 state public pilot charter school district operated as
  1 10 a pilot charter school program unless the context
  1 11 otherwise requires.""
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
