  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1444, to Senate File 342, as
  1  2 passed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 2, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 1, by inserting before line 1, the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Section 1.  Section 49.21, Code 2001, is amended
  1  8 by adding the following new unnumbered paragraph:
  1  9    The commissioner shall post a sign at the entrance
  1 10 to the polling place informing the voters that
  1 11 identification will be required before being allowed
  1 12 to vote.  The sign shall contain a list of the
  1 13 acceptable forms of identification as those forms are
  1 14 specified in section 49.77.""
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
