  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 15, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "events." the following:  "The school district shall
  1  5 also retain control over the designation of a name for
  1  6 the school facility or any portion of the school
  1  7 facility, and over the display or distribution of any
  1  8 advertisement, announcement, or information within or
  1  9 on the grounds of the school facility."
