  1  6 "may" and inserting the following:  "will"."
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, line 3, by striking the figure "8."
  1  8 and inserting the following:  "8, and inserting the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "Sec.    .  Section 49.77, subsection 3, unnumbered
  1 11 paragraph 1, Code 2001, is amended by striking the
  1 12 unnumbered paragraph.""
  1 13    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
