  1  1    Amend Senate File 267, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 18 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  To the department of justice for legal
  1  6 services for persons in poverty grants in 2000 Iowa
  1  7 Acts, chapter 1229, section 1, and to the office of
  1  8 the state public defender for public defenders and for
  1  9 indigent defense in 2000 Iowa Acts, chapter 1229,
  1 10 section 10, and in other enactments making
  1 11 appropriations from the general fund of the state for
  1 12 such purposes in that fiscal year."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
