  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1085, to House File 324 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 7, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "change." the following:  "The penalty under section
  1  5 321.482 shall not apply to a licensee's failure to
  1  6 notify the department of such an address change."
  1  7    #2.  Page 2, by inserting after line 10 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "#   .  By striking page 17, line 33, through page
  1 10 18, line 5."
  1 11    #3.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
  1 12 internal references as necessary.
