  1  1    Amend House File 352, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 5, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "with" the following:  "the department of veterans
  1  5 affairs and".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 6 and 7 and
  1  7 inserting the following:  "portion of the battle flag
  1  8 collection shall be on display at the state capitol
  1  9 and the state historical building at all times, unless
  1 10 on loan approved by the department of cultural
  1 11 affairs."
  1 12    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
