1 5 "Sec. . LOW-INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE
1 6 PROGRAM. There is appropriated from the general fund
1 7 of the state to the department of human rights for the
1 8 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000, and ending June
1 9 30, 2001, the following amount, or so much thereof as
1 10 is necessary, to be used for the purpose designated:
1 11 For supplementation of the low-income home energy
1 12 assistance appropriation made in 2000 Iowa Acts,
1 13 chapter 1220, section 11:
