for the rehabilitation of certain eligible commercial and residential property and barns, an alternative method for computing the individual and corporate income tax credit for increasing research and development, an assistive device tax credit under the individual and corporate taxes for assisting persons with a disability in the workplace, and an increase in the deduction for pension and retirement income for income tax purposes, and including applicability dates, amended by the Senate, further amended by the House, and moved that the Senate concur in House amendment S-5666 to Senate amendment H-9094, filed April 26, 2000. The motion prevailed by a voice vote and the Senate concurred in the House amendment to the Senate amendment. Senator McKibben moved that the bill, as amended by the Senate, further amended by the House, and concurred in by the Senate, be read the last time now and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the bill was read the last time. On the question "Shall the bill pass?"
