  Senator Johnson asked and received unanimous consent that
  action on amendment S-5433 be deferred.

  Senator Hansen offered amendment S-5474, filed by him on
  April 18, 2000, to page 1 of the bill, moved its adoption, and
  requested a record roll call.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-5474 be adopted?"
  (H.F. 2351), the vote was:
