  the Governor approved and transmitted to the Secretary of State the
  following bills:

  S.F. 2126 - Relating to third-party payment of health care coverage costs
  for
  prescription contraceptive drugs, devices, and services.

  S.F. 2141 - Creating a merchant marine bonus fund and making an
  appropriation.

  S.F. 2294 - Relating to payment of education costs for certain juvenile
  facilities and
  providing an effective date.

  S.F. 2324 - Relating to DNA profiling.

  S.F. 2369 - Relating to the sharing of juvenile court social records, child
  abuse
  records, or other information.

  S.F. 2443 - Relating to compacts or agreements entered into by the Iowa
  lottery
  board and commissioner of the lottery.
