IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that Senate Files 466, 2459, and House File 2563 be immediately messaged to the House. BUSINESS PENDING House File 2540 The Senate resumed consideration of House File 2540, a bill for an act relating to economic development programs and related tax credits and including effective and retroactive applicability date provisions, and amendment S-5549, previously deferred. Senator McCoy offered amendment S-5557, filed by him from the floor to page 2 of amendment S-5549, and moved its adoption. A record roll call was requested. On the question "Shall amendment S-5557 be adopted?"
