  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that

  House File 2540

  The Senate resumed consideration of House File 2540, a bill for
  an act relating to economic development programs and related tax
  credits and including effective and retroactive applicability date
  provisions, and amendment S-5549, previously deferred.

  Senator McCoy offered amendment S-5557, filed by him from the
  floor to page 2 of amendment S-5549, and moved its adoption.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-5557 be adopted?"
