IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that Senate File 2447 be immediately messaged to the House. MOTION TO OVERRIDE GOVERNOR'S VETO LOST Senator King called up for consideration Senate File 2203, a bill for an act to allow the assignment of benefits under an insurance policy or contract, or health benefit plan to the provider of health care services, and moved to reconsider and pass the bill, the objection of the Governor notwithstanding, as vetoed by the Governor on March 30, 2000. Senator Boettger took the chair at 12:05 p.m. President Kramer took the chair at 12:15 p.m. Senator Bartz took the chair at 12:45 p.m.
