  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
  for consideration House File 2541.

  House File 2541

  On motion of Senator Bartz, House File 2541, a bill for an act
  expanding the number of counties that may designate unincorporated
  areas containing private lakes as rural improvement zones and
  setting the limits for the standby taxes imposed in those zones, with
  report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for
  consideration.
