  On motion of Senator Gaskill, House File 2473, a bill for an act
  providing civil and criminal immunity for a school employee related
  to the employee's participation in reporting and investigating
  violence, threats of violence, or other inappropriate activity against a
  school employee or student in a school building, on school grounds, or
  at a school-sponsored function, with report of committee
  recommending passage, placed on the Unfinished Business Calendar
  on March 23, 2000, was taken up for consideration.
