HOUSE MESSAGES RECEIVED The following messages were received from the Chief Clerk of the House: MADAM PRESIDENT: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the House has on April 5, 2000, adopted the following resolution in which the concurrence of the Senate is asked: House Concurrent Resolution 118, a concurrent resolution requesting the office of the attorney general to establish an operating while intoxicated (OWI) task force to review the clarity, complexity, and functionality of current operating while intoxicated Code provisions and to make recommendations to the general assembly.
