  PRESENTATION OF VISITORS

  The Chair welcomed the following visitors who were present in the
  Senate gallery:

  Twenty-six students from Forest Ridge School in Estherville,
  accompanied by five staff members.  Senator Kibbie.

  Thirty eighth grade students from Ruthven-Ayrshire Community
  Schools, accompanied by their teacher, Jon Josephson.  Senator
