  have been confirmed by the Senate.

  Senator Iverson called up the appointment of Marilyn Turner, as
  Administrator of the Division of Persons with Disabilities, placed on
  the Individual Confirmation Calendar on February 28, 2000, and
  found on page 453 of the Senate Journal.

  Senator Szymoniak moved that the foregoing appointment be
  confirmed by the Senate.
