  IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED

  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that
  Senate Files 2418, 2420, and House Files 620, 2136, and 2239 be
  immediately messaged to the House.

  BUSINESS PENDING

  House File 2329

  The Senate resumed consideration of House File 2329, a bill for an
  act extending the time period to qualify for certain linked investment
  programs and providing an effective date, previously deferred.

  Senator Sexton moved that the bill be read the last time now and
  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.

  On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (H.F. 2329), the vote was:
