The bill, having received a constitutional majority, was declared to have passed the Senate and the title was agreed to. IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that Senate Files 2214, 2350, 2369, and 2389 be immediately messaged to the House. CONSIDERATION OF BILLS (Regular Calendar) Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up for consideration Senate Files 2391, 2175, and 2267. Senate File 2391 On motion of Senator Sexton, Senate File 2391, a bill for an act relating to regulatory duties of the department of inspections and appeals related to games of skill or chance and raffles, was taken up for consideration. Senator Connolly asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw amendment S-5120 filed by him on March 9, 2000, to pages 1, 4, and 5 of the bill. Senator Connolly offered amendment S-5119, filed by him on March 9, 2000, to page 2 of the bill, and moved its adoption. A record roll call was requested.
