  Senator Kibbie asked and received unanimous consent that action
  on amendment S-5095, filed by him from the floor to page 19 of the
  bill, be deferred until after consideration of amendment S-5100.

  Senator Connolly offered amendment S-5100, filed Senators
  Connolly et al. from the floor to pages 19, 23, 48, and 49 of the bill.

  Senator Hedge took the chair at 6:46 p.m.

  Senator Connolly moved the adoption of amendment S-5100.

  A record roll call was requested.
