1 Amend the Senate amendment H-9094 to House File
2 2560, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
3 as follows:
4 1. Page 4, by inserting after line 5 the
5 following:
6 " ___. Page 17, by striking lines 19 through 21 and
7 inserting the following: "in this Act, applies to
8 qualified rehabilitation costs incurred on or after
9 July 1, 2000." "

Amendment H-9095 was adopted.

Gipp of Winneshiek in the chair at 1:50 p.m.

On motion by Jager of Black Hawk the House concurred in the
Senate amendment H-9094, as amended.

Jager of Black Hawk moved that the bill, as amended by the
Senate, further amended and concurred in by the House, be read a
last time now and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed
and the bill was read a last time.

On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (H.F. 2560)
