42 Sec. 6. Section 124.401, subsection 1, paragraph
43 b, subparagraph (3), Code Supplement 1999, is amended
44 to read as follows:
45 (3) More than five grams but not more than fifty
46 grams of a any compound, mixture, preparation, or
47 substance described in subparagraph (2) which contains
48 cocaine base. containing a detectable amount of any of
49 the following:
50 (a) Coca leaves, except coca leaves and extracts

22 removed.

28 Sec. 9. Section 232.22, subsection 1, paragraph e,
29 subparagraph (2), Code 1999, is amended to read as
30 follows:
