37 . Of the number of full-time equivalent
38 positions authorized in this subsection, at least 3.00
39 FTEs shall be dedicated to supporting prairie seed
40 harvest initiatives."
41 11. Page 9, line 35, by striking the figure
42 "24,129,883" and inserting the following:

44 12. Page 10, by inserting after line 4, the
45 following:
46 " . Of the amount appropriated in paragraph "a",
47 $700,000 shall be used for conservation buffer
