Amendment H-8870 lost.
Klemme of Plymouth moved the adoption of amendment H-8857,
to the committee amendment H-8261, previously deferred, and found
on pages 1437 through 1440 of the House Journal.
Amendment H-8857 was adopted.
On motion by Klemme of Plymouth the committee amendment H-
8261, as amended, was adopted.
Klemme of Plymouth offered the following amendment H-8873
filed by him from the floor and moved its adoption:

1 Amend Senate File 466, as amended, passed, and
2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
3 1. Page 11, line 9, by striking the figure
4 "455L.10" and inserting the following: "161.10".
5 2. Page 15, line 2, by striking the figure
6 "455L.9" and inserting the following: "161.9".
Amendment H-8873 was adopted.
